LATE POLICY
If you are late arriving for your scheduled appointment, we will begin your service as soon as you arrive, but we must finish on the hour to accommodate other guests with scheduled appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your scheduled visit. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us with a minimum of 48 hours for all spa services and 2 hours for all classes. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service that will be charged to the card on file used to reserve the appointment. A 100% service fee will be charged for all no-call/no-show appointments. Failure to give sufficient class cancellation will result in the loss of that session. We value both our clients' and staff's time and therefore we have implemented this policy. When an appointment is modified or cancelled with insufficient time it affects our business and also denies other clients the opportunity to reserve the same time. Since our staff often operate in an "on-call" capacity and have traveled specifically for your service, we are obligated to compensate them for their time. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these policies. All services require a credit card for reservation. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment.
