Too often we are moving at a pace where we become detached from our bodies and the innate intelligence that they have to offer. Move out of your head and back into your body with one of our offerings in our new studio space.
Our classes are rooted in the practice of reconnecting your body and mind to create a fluidity and coherence between the two. We are here to help you cultivate the muscle for this state of being on the mat so it's available to you while you're off of it. Whether it's a physical activity, a creative venture, or even a simple daily task, we can bring more joy, connection, and meaning to our lives when we move from this space.

SWEAT & FLOW
Gain strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and endurance while warming the body with this energetic practice that activates muscles in the entire body and disciplines the mind. It's helpful to have familiarity with yoga poses for this class.
ALIGN & CONNECT
This alignment based class focuses on the fundamentals of yoga to ensure proper alignment for your unique body all while building strength, balance, and flexibility. With the intention to build the connection between the mind and body and moving from that awareness. This class is a good place for beginners to familiarize themselves with the practice.
JOINING US?
WHAT TO EXPECT:

Please arrive within 5-10 minutes of the start of class and be mindful of your volume as we are in a spa setting.

Leave your shoes at the front door and minimize what you bring into class.

Silence cell phones or leave them in the car. Please do not use personal electronics during class including phones and smart watches.

Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from us. If you choose to borrow any props, be sure to wipe them down when you're done.

Alert your teacher of any injuries or concerns before class begins or if you are not feeling well during class.

Wear clothes that are comfortable, easily moved in, and not too revealing.

Let the instructor know if you will be leaving early.

Be mindful and considerate of those practicing around you.
