Too often we are moving at a pace where we become detached from our bodies and the innate intelligence that they have to offer. Move out of your head and back into your body with one of our offerings in our new studio space.
Our classes are rooted in the practice of reconnecting your body and mind to create a fluidity and coherence between the two. We are here to help you cultivate the muscle for this state of being on the mat so it's available to you while you're off of it. Whether it's a physical activity, a creative venture, or even a simple daily task, we can bring more joy, connection, and meaning to our lives when we move from this space.
meet the teachers
I love to teach because I get to create fun and unique sequences that help others feel better mentally and physically. And of course- the music! I spend a lot of time hand-crafting playlists for class. Three words that describe my class are fun, energetic, & mindful
I love teaching yoga because it allows me to help others connect their mind, body, and soul. I'd like to describe my class as a source of healing, fun , and invigorating. I hope you come to my class and know that this is a safe space for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Please arrive within 5-10 minutes of the start of class and be mindful of your volume as we are in a spa setting.
Leave your shoes at the front door and minimize what you bring into class.
Silence cell phones or leave them in the car. Please do not use personal electronics during class including phones and smart watches.
Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from us. If you choose to borrow any props, be sure to wipe them down when you're done.
Alert your teacher of any injuries or concerns before class begins or if you are not feeling well during class.
Wear clothes that are comfortable, easily moved in, and not too revealing.
Let the instructor know if you will be leaving early.
Be mindful and considerate of those practicing around you.
