Location

The entrance to Space Spa + Wellness is located on the right side of the building and is on the second floor.  The entrance will have the name Space Spa + Wellness on the door.

Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to insure a calm relaxed experience.

Amenities

Free parking is located behind the building, if the lot is full, street parking is available.

Guests will be provided with robe and slippers and will have a few moments of solitude and relaxation prior to their service.

Tea Service to unwind will be provided to guests in their personal treatment room.

Payment

Cash, most major credit cards and Space Spa gift cards are acceptable forms of payment

Gratuities

A way to say thank you for exceptional service.  Gratuities are not included in the price of your service but may be given at your discretion.  A customary guide is about 20 percent of the cost of service.  Both cash and credit cards are accepted.

 

Space Spa Policies

Spa Admission

Space Spa is available to guests of all ages, however, all services performed on guests younger than 18 years of age require parental consent.  Both parties will be required to fill out intake forms.

 

Spa Reservations

Reservations can be made by calling (862) 505-1924  or by visiting our online website thespacespa.com.  We ask that you make your appointments in advance to ensure you receive your preferred treatment time.  A credit-card on file is required to reserve your appointment.  The card on file will not be charged unless failure to adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.  Services and prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Cancellations or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email or text message prior to your scheduled appointment.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation a 48-hour notice is required.  Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation will result in a charge of $50   to the card on file used to reserve the appointment.  All guests who no-show, no-call will be charged the full price of the services they were scheduled for.  This policy exists to protect the therapists from loss of wages.

 

DURING YOUR VISIT

If you are a new-guest, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to acclimate yourself to the space.  If you are an existing-guest we ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a relaxed calm experience.  In consideration of other guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrival, and the full price of your service will still be charged.  Please let us know if there are any special physical, medical needs or conditions we may prepare for prior to your service, such as, pregnancy, food or product allergies, or physical limitations to ensure that you enjoy your visit.  We recommend keeping your valuables at home, Space Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 
Payments and Gift Cards

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards and Space Spa gift cards.  Gift cards contain value, which may be used for purchase of services and products at face value.  Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.  The gift card must be present at the time of check-out and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.  Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.  Any unused balance will remain on the card.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card.  

Spa Products and Returns

Here at Space Spa the purity and integrity of our products is the utmost importance to us.  At this time, we are unable to accept returns due to the pandemic.  This is subject to change as new information becomes available to us, thank you for your support and understanding. 

Any services performed are nonrefundable.  Series packages of services are nonrefundable.


Covid-19 Policies & Procedures

The health and wellness of our guests and therapists is the utmost importance to us at Space Spa and Wellness.  Below you will find a list of the procedures we have in place to insure your safety.

  • Prior to visit guests will be asked to fill out an intake form with CDC screening questions

  • Masks are required in order to enter the building and must be worn at all times in common areas

  • Upon arrival guests temperatures will be checked; if temperature exceeds 100 degrees services will need to be rescheduled 

  • When you arrive you will be asked CDC screening questions again and will be asked to sign a form the has your name and phone number in case of contact tracing

  • During massage services, at this time, masks are to be worn while in the face-up position but may be taken off while lying face down

  • During facial services that require removal of mask, your esthetician will be wearing both a mask and a facial shield

  • All treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between services to CDC and NJ State Board standards

  • We ask that when in common areas that social distancing of 6ft be practiced

  • Our team at Space Spa is held to the same standards and will be temperature screened before each work shift
