Breathing Space is a gentle, guided group breathwork experience designed to help you soften, release tension, and return to balance. This evening invites you out of autopilot and back into your body through intentional, supportive breathing.
​
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is the intentional use of breath to influence your nervous system, emotions, and overall well-being.
​
In this session, you’ll be guided through Conscious Connected Breathwork — continuous, rhythmic breathing with no pause between inhale and exhale. This technique helps increase oxygenation in the body, regulate the nervous system, and reduce stress.
​
Through this intentional breathing pattern, the body is supported in releasing subconscious stored tension and emotions while promoting emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of presence.

No prior experience is needed.
​

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
• Settle in and ground yourself
• Be gently guided through a Conscious Connected Breathing journey
• Move at your own pace with supportive cues
• Experience calming music and soft lighting
• Rest in quiet integration at the end

Clear guidance and supportive cues allow you to move at your own pace and honor your body’s needs. By the end of the evening, you will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in - we will start promptly at 7pm. Also note that spots are limited and reserved in advance. Please keep the following in mind to help you feel as comfortable and supported as possible during the session:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing, especially around the waist
• Avoid caffeinated beverages for at least one hour before the session
• Bring or wear socks for warmth and comfort
• Bring lip balm or lip salve to keep your lips hydrated
