This evening is about giving those thoughts somewhere to go.

As we move through fall — a natural season of shedding — we’ll gather in a cozy, candlelit space for a ritual of release.
Through guided journaling, a symbolic water ritual, and a deeply restorative sound bath, you’ll be invited to gently notice what’s been weighing on your mind, write down what you’re ready to let fall away, and let it dissolve — quite literally — before settling into a meditation and sound immersion designed to help your body do the rest.

The sound frequencies work on the nervous system, slowing brainwaves and shifting you into the state where the body can finally let go.

We’ll close with quiet reflection and a personal oracle card pull to help you carry the energy forward — moving through the season intentionally lighter, clearer, and with more ease.

LATE POLICY
If you are late arriving for your scheduled appointment, we will begin your service as soon as you arrive, but we must finish on the hour to accommodate other guests with scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your scheduled visit. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us with a minimum of 48 hours for all spa services and 2 hours for all classes.
  • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) for spa services will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file used to reserve the appointment.
  • No-Call/No-Show Appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Failure to give sufficient notice for a class cancellation will result in the loss of that session.
We value both our clients’ and staff’s time, and this policy helps us honor both. When an appointment is modified or cancelled with insufficient notice, it impacts our business and prevents other clients from reserving that time. Since our staff often work in an “on-call” capacity and may travel specifically for your service, we are committed to compensating them for their time.
We kindly ask that you keep this policy in mind before scheduling time with us, to help ensure the best experience for all of our guests and our team.
