Kim brings a light, conversational approach to her readings — blending intuition, dialogue, and tarot to help bring clarity to what’s unfolding.

Please arrive 10 minutes early - your session will start promptly at your scheduled time. Also note that spots are limited and reserved in advance. Due to the nature of the event, appointments cannot be rescheduled. All sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. LATE POLICY
If you are late arriving for your scheduled appointment, we will begin your service as soon as you arrive, but we must finish on the hour to accommodate other guests with scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your scheduled visit. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us with a minimum of 48 hours for all spa services and 2 hours for all classes.

Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) for spa services will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file used to reserve the appointment.

No-Call/No-Show Appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Failure to give sufficient notice for a class cancellation will result in the loss of that session.

We kindly ask that you keep this policy in mind before scheduling time with us, to help ensure the best experience for all of our guests and our team.
