Take a few slow breaths with grounding aromatherapy, then apply a CBD body oil blended with warm, earthy notes and a soothing hydrating face mask before easing into the infrared heat.
Inside the sauna, optional self-massage tools — including a scalp massager and gua sha — invite you to release tension wherever you need it most, or simply rest and let the warmth do the work.
Finish with a cool towel and mineral water to rehydrate, leaving you feeling warm, softened, grounded, and deeply restored.

From there, settle into stillness with hands-on Reiki, allowing the body to soften while energy is brought back into balance. This part of the experience is intentionally quiet and grounding — a chance to receive, reset, and create a little more space within.
To close, you’ll move into a mini intuitive card reading designed to bring focus to the season ahead. Together, the cards offer a theme, reflection, or intention to carry with you as you step back into your life feeling clearer, more grounded, and aligned with the rhythm you want to move forward in.
