LATE POLICY
If you are late arriving for your scheduled appointment, we will begin your service as soon as you arrive, but we must finish on the hour to accommodate other guests with scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48-hour notice is required for all spa services and a 2 hour notification for all classes and events. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service to the card on file used to reserve the appointment. Failure to give sufficient class cancellation will result in the loss of that session. All guests who no-show, no-call will be charged the full price of the services they were scheduled for with the card used to book.
